This ancient therapy is becoming increasingly popular as a safe and natural way to balance and relax the body in times of stress and illness. Consequently becoming one of the most popular natural therapies used by women during Pregnancy and Fertility issues and is becoming more commonly accepted by the NHS as a therapy to be used alongside modern medicine.
Many people I see suffer from Stress, anxiety and depression Quite often after a treatment they remark that they have never felt so calm and relaxed. The benefits last long after the treatment has ended. Many people report improvements in other areas of health too. One common benefit reported by all, is an improvement in sleep after a treatment.
I qualified as a Reflexologist in March 2014 at the distinguished London School of Reflexology, under Louise Keet, Britians leading reflexology practitioner (Mail on Sunday), renowned for its exceptional training and holistic approach to reflexology. After 10 months of training I gained a level 3 diploma in reflexology and anatomy and physiology.
This course allowed me full membership of the Association of Reflexologists, where I am governed by their strict code of practice and ethics. I am fully insured and hold a current first aid certificate. As a member of The East Berkshire Reflexology Group my knowledge is kept up to date.
Zone Face lift – The spiritual facial. After qualifying with Ziggy Bergman of the London School of Reflexology in September 2016, I am seeing an increase in clients coming for ZFL. Not only are they seeing improvements it has made to the appearance of their skin but also reporting an increase in well being. This is a 75 minute treatment incorporating ancient healing techniques,pressure point massage, lymphatic drainage, advanced face lift massage and specialist facial tools. A truly relaxing spiritual facial, which not only lifts and tones the skin to leave a glowing complexion but also lifts the spirits, improving well being and reducing stress.
