Hello, I'm Laura Wright, I'm a fully qualified and experienced Reflexologist. I have been practicing reflexology here in Windsor for the past 11 years, and I love it. It doesn't seem right to call it "my job" when it's such a joy for me to work with and get to know all the people who chose to visit me.

Since qualifying in 2014 with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at the distinguished London School of Reflexology I've supported clients through every stage of life - from fertility and pregnancy to those undergoing treatment for cancer, managing stress and anxiety and general well-being.

My own health journey in recent years, has taught me how powerful the mind can be in the healing process.  I realised that by "waiting to recover" whilst focusing on symptoms and limitations and searching for quick fixes was keeping me stuck in fear and chronic stress, the very state that blocks the bodies natural ability to heal.

Our bodies are remarkable, they have an innate ability to heal and repair when given the right conditions. By gently accepting my situation and shifting my mindset (a practice that takes time) I began to focus on restorative rest, calming my central nervous system with daily practices and creating an environment where my body could begin to heal. This is now an ongoing practice in my life.

This experience has deepened my understanding of how profoundly mindset, stress and lifestyle affect health. It's why my treatments focus not just on the body but on creating a calm safe space for emotional release, nervous system regulation and true restoration.

A Truly Holistic Approach -

I work in a holistic way. I know that every one who comes to see me is unique. Together we will examine your lifestyle and mindset and how these may be affecting your health and well being. Alongside the reflexology,  I can gently offer simple suggestions such as breathwork, meditation practices or lifestyle adjustments - to help you continue your healing journey between and after sessions.

With a Degree in Psychology and a passionate interest in the mind and energy work. I understand how deeply our thoughts and emotions shape our physical health. This perspective helps me create treatments that not only relax you but also empower you to nurture your overall well-being

I am also proud to be a full membership of the Association of Reflexologists, where I am governed by their strict code of practice and ethics, ensuring you're always in safe hands.

Outside of my work, I have two grown up boys, one in his final year at university and the other recently graduated and living independently. I enjoy waling in nature, taking the paddleboards out in the Thames, practicing yoga and meditation and spending time with friends, which always helps me reset my nervous system. I also have a keen interest in the wider health and wellness field and psychology, regularly keeping up to date with the latest research and peer reviewed papers.
